College Reunion Picnic at the Park

Our mini reunion continued at Niagara on the Lake Park. I left and checked out early to help out Karina and Sharon to get a better spot at the park. We grabbed some coffee at the nearby shop and I felt nostalgic feeling while walking along the main street.

Our classmates trickled in as the day progressed, I guessed some went to walk along the falls since they did not have a chance the previous day and others stopped by the Floral Clock Park which was along the way (picture below).

It was a great day outdoors and you could not wish for the weather to get any better. While we were waiting for our lunch we were out and about walking in the park taking pictures, chatting and listening to Sharon’s playlist (the music reminded us of our college years). I was taking stolen shots of everyone.

When the food arrived, thank you for Alfred and Lourdes for picking them up, Alfred said a little thank you prayers again and we enjoyed our lunch. As always there were a lot of food. After lunch, we continued our chat and started to plan for the next reunion.

As the day was winding, I hugged each and everyone as I said my farewell. It was a long drive home for me across the bridge. Until next time, Vegas? Click here to see reunion pictures.

  1. Outstanding narrative of all activities we had….really had fun with you all and long drive is worth it, seeing most of you after 33 long years. Hoping next time will be a bigger crowd and attendance all over the states. See you next time.☺️
